• Interior and exterior layout requirements.
• Electrical standards and voltage specifications.
• Water system requirements and plumbing configurations.
• Compliance with local municipal and federal regulations.
• The specific application environment and intended usage scenarios.

• Production officially commences only after formal order confirmation and the receipt of required payment arrangements.
• Manufacturing lead times depend heavily on the specific product type, the level of customization requested, and current factory production schedules.
• Shipping and transit times depend on the destination port and prevailing global logistics conditions.

Note: Due to the complex nature of international freight and custom manufacturing, YRTrailer avoids guaranteeing fixed, inflexible delivery dates.

Customers must proactively confirm their preferred shipping method, import requirements, local customs regulations, and any specific destination requirements before dispatch.

While YRTrailer can assist with shipping coordination and logistics management, we do not control and cannot be held responsible for customs clearance procedures, duties, or delays at the destination port.

To ensure the successful engineering and deployment of our premium trailers, customers are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding:

• The intended application and capacity requirements of the trailer.
• Local voltage and electrical grid requirements.
• Regional regulatory standards (e.g., DOT, CE, or local health department codes).
• Expected trailer usage conditions, including extreme weather or off-grid environments.

• Warranty coverage is strictly governed by the agreed-upon sales documents and official warranty policies provided at the time of purchase.
• Customers experiencing product issues must report them promptly to our support team, providing clear photos, videos, and detailed descriptions of the malfunction.
• Solutions are determined on a case-by-case basis and may include technical guidance, the provision of replacement parts, or other mutually agreed-upon resolution methods.
